One of our favourites, we have the jump passes and it's been a fantastic purchase and saved us money.
Totaly good fun, deffo we will be back
Top entertainment, nephews had a blast. Gave a few somersaults a go myself (but completely avoided the ball zone aka trampolining's wild west). Also rather pleased with my new £2 grippy socks, like a pair of takeaway totes.
Went at 4:25pm , signed my 2 kids & my 2 nieces in to then be told that the kids could only stay until 5pm as they had a private function booked from 5pm onwards. The kids were really disappointed & the staff made them stand to watch the 5 minute safety video even though they have been there several times over the past few months, wasting more time. Before paying, we asked for a discount only to be told it wasn't possible (young boy serving us), so we had to pay almost £50 plus £5 odd for 4 little sweets.
We couldn't go elsewhere as my car only has 5 seats, so my brother would have to walk or book a taxi to another venue at the other side of town...
Staff are really miserable & most are very young and bossy to the youngsters...
I'm really disappointed with Inverness for pre-teens to go to indoors at the moment...
Kids were just getting a laugh when it was time to go...
My kids loved going out here today.
Unfortunately had to pay more when I entered as there website said under 6 pass - my kid is 6.
Please amend your site to say 5 and under. The girl I spoke to said it happens all the time so I think it would be less confusing if your changed it to a clearer statement.
Staff were very helpful and approachable. Stewards had their hands full at the time we entered. The experience was good - my legs are like lead now. Would recommend to anyone to try at least once.
Great venue to let the kids burn some energy. We were slightly late for our session, but staff happily moved us to the next session to allow for full time to be given.
Word of note, if your child is under 6, must be supervised by an adult, which means you have to pay for additional ticket, this was not made clear at time of booking.
Very busy as visited in school holidays, although was expected. We booked ahead of time. Bought jump socks when arrived and although the lockers didn't seem to work one of the girls was more than helpful and kept my bag with personal belongings behind the till, whilst we popped shoes and socks in a locker
It was good at the start but had to wait a while to get in. The place was quite musty and some trampolines weren’t very clean. Also kids pushing each other over and no staff helping. The food is overpriced in my opinion that’s just what I …
